Who is Erin Post?

After she graduated from college, Erin ended up moving back to Nebraska and eventually received a position with ConAgra Foods, Inc. While living in Omaha, she continued to model and started taking acting classes at the Playhouse Theatre. She later participated in the 'Beginnings' workshops in London and New York. This moment changed her life forever. During the New York workshop she realized that acting was her true passion. She booked a one way flight to New York and has never looked back.
She started training in Meisner and voice working with Alan Gordon Studios, and Hennessy Breathe and Bodywork. She has been a member of The Complete Theatre Company. She has transitioned to TV and Film in the most recent years and continues to build her career.
Erin grew up in the small town of Columbus, Nebraska.  She loved the idea of experiencing the best of both worlds, growing up in a city and on a farm, feeding the cows!  While living in a rural area, she had many opportunities that set her apart as a performer.  Living in a smaller town allowed Erin to be part of any activity and group she set her mind to. And that is exactly what she did. Erin was in sports, music, and community service groups. Erin started singing at the early age of 7 in church and continued on throughout the rest of her schooling, including performances through college with the university choir.  Art and music was always present in Erin's early years.  Not only did she sing, but she played hand bells with her church and high school choirs. She was part of the high school colorguard team with the marching band.  Though she was heavily active in sports and other activities, Erin still made time to help with the school musicals, first behind the scenes and later on stage.  She also was involved in her community as a member of NHS and 4-H.  Her ultimate desire was to become a model.

While attending Northern Illinois University, Erin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a minor in Applied Mathematics.   Her initial career goal was to become a perfumer.  Interning at the Lebermuth Fragrance Company, she learned the basic art of making fragrance.
